T.O.S & Info: rights and usage
I, the artist (Fongban) retain all the copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I reserve the right to post commissioned work on my online accounts and portfolio.
The client (the commissioner) may not profit off of the commissioned artwork.
The client cannot alter or reproduce the commissioned artwork without my consent as that is considered copyright infringement.
The client cannot claim the commissioned artwork as their own
1. GENERAL
- Prices are not negotiable.
- I have the right to turn down any commission.
- Send references for characters, poses, and so forth.
- Commission type ( Head/Bust/Half-body/Full-body)
- References (Reference photos / Character sheet/ Pose / etc. )
- Email (wherever you want to receive finished work)2. PAYMENT
- Refunds are not permitted once the commission is in the making.
- Payment via PayPal or Ko-fi. ( USD )
- Please pay the full amount after we've agreed on a sketch, or sooner3. USAGE
- I own all the rights to my artwork

process
- I'll keep you updated on your commission progress via DM
- The photographs of the work in progress are not to be utilized in any form.
- I'll provide sketch, lineart, base colors, and final result with up to 2 rounds of revisions
- I will send you the final result through email or Google drive.
- Depending on the commission, it may take 1-2 weeks to complete ( or less )-當您的委託正在進行時，我會通知您請隨時注意DM。
-進行中的作品照片不得以任何形式使用。
